The lymphatic system is one of the most complex and not fully understood systems. It helps the immune system remove and remove dead blood cell waste, pathogens, toxins, and cancer cells. In another way, it is a “toilet” for our cells.

Unlike blood, lymph flows in one direction from the bottom up towards the neck. Lymphatic vessels connect to two subclavian veins, which are located on both sides of the neck near the clavicle, and the fluid re-enters the circulatory system. Twice a year, it is advisable to cleanse the lymph and monitor its condition.

To avoid blockage, as well as diseases associated with the lymph nodes, periodically check the condition of the lymphatic system.
